Online Ordering

Please help- I ordered some makeup last monday from www.pimpindeals.com and it said delivery would take 1-3 days. I have emailed them to see where my order is and have had no response, so I phoned the number provided only to find the number is not available! I am so worried as I paid by card... what will happen? Why have I not received my order and does this mean the website is a con or something?

18 Walton Rd, Southampton does exist but its a private address not a company premises.

Hi Will, once again thanks for all your help it is much appreciated. Well I phoned my bank and they have taken the money out of my account, they actually took it out on the 18th August and I placed the order on the 16th. So they didn't hesitate to grab my cash! Whenever I have ordered off the net before, they have never taken money out until my order has been dispatched. But like you say, if they say their phones aren't working I will phone them again in a couple of days and see what happens. And I still havent received an email from them! x

I had a problem like this with a different company. Not only they scammed me, but they also somehow gave my info to 2 other companies and each one took my money!!! Their website was literally a blank screen except for the word "wasabi". Since their phone number ended up being bogus I just had to go to my bank and file a compaint. I got all my money back in about a week.

Still not received any emails, tried there phone number and it is now ringing out but no answer. It has been like this since Wednesday. The money has gone out of my bank, I keep checking nothing else has gone out, up to now it's ok, but still not received my order! I will keep you all updated when I get back from my holiday in 2 weeks, thanks guys for all your help!! x

Gibbo have you had the same problem or something??? GUESS WHAT GUYS... I GOT MY ORDER THROUGH THE POST THIS MORNING!! Thanks to everyone for your support, I will never order from this site again as it was dodgy, but at least I jave now got my order! Gibbo, when was your order placed and was it the same website??

I posted a reply when I read your question, just looked on the previous page and it seems to have disappeared! I ordered some coloured contacts from this site and they have taken my money yet not got my lenses! Will let you know how it goes.
