But note that even if you just have a Windows XP PC at home, if you are the only person using it then by default you are the Sysyem Administrator.
You can install programs, add new users etc.
If you add a new user (so that more than one person can log on to the PC) then you can either make THEM a system administrator to, or you can set them as a limited user.
A limited user canot install programs, or look at or delete certain files, and cannot do certain other things.

Only I caught a virus, and had to clear my computer, and reinstall it. I'm now having lots of trouble, so look out for me, a question is comming up.
