No MOT / accident
My friend had an accident then discovered her MOT had expired 4 months earlier. Insurance have paid out, but police want her to produce documents and only mentioned insurance and driving licence. Are they likely to check if MOT was current and if so are they likely to prosecute. this was an oversight due to changing car and getting muddled with due date
