i get it realy bad too!!
how old is your daughter? she needs antihystamines(probably spelled wrong) but if she is under 16 go to your g.p. and he will give it her on prescription so not only will you be sure that the dose is ok for her it will be free!!

shower regulary
non purfumed toiletries
non bio washing powder no softner or fabriz etc
antihistamins (sp?) - check supermarkets own make as they can be considerably cheaper yet still contain the necessary ingrediants
salt baths.
