I am quite puzzled about , after a snowstorm, when everyone else is stranded, how do the snow plough drivers manage to get to work?

Did you know that 100% of snow plough drivers have chronic dandruff and use their occupation to disguise the fact? In fact,18% of "snow" is made up of recycled dandruff and is used by the Americans do hide the effects of climate change caused by industry and flatulant bison.
I don't know, they must drive 4x4 cars, because they are only going to work to START driving the plough. D'OH.
The trick is to salt and grit the roads BEFORE the snow comes then use the plough to get rid of the snow from any untreated roads.

Just a guess of course.
