Breach of confidentiality
I have toattend a court hearing where i am the respondant. The applicants witness has given personal info on her statement regarding the running of my bank account- from when she was employed at the bank. I now have a letter from the bank confirming that she was not given their permission nor did they have any knowledge for her to do this. Can I now use this letter to try and get her statement retracted?

First of all complain to the Bank about their employees Breach of confidentiality
as for your case
you could apply to the court to have that part struck out
I wonder what others think
i mean the other side isgonna say, it whould be heard in the interests of justice
I conclude this is a scots case. I knownothing of evidence and procedure north of the border

and you're conducting this yourself ?
small claims doesnt usually do property disputes per se (as they say)
If it is a small claim, then ring up the court (clerk) and say you want to exclude evidence on the grounds of breach of confidentitiality and how do you do it ?
He can only say separate court hearing or during the main case. This is a question on procedure and they are allowed togive advice on procedure
Are you really in this alone or do you have a lawyer ?
