How can I get bedroom eyes?

I would like sexy heavy lidded eyes. Is there anything I can do to make them look like this?

Subtle use of make-up will enhance the appearance of your eyes - I'm not an expert on this, but your local Boots or similar store will have make-up experts who can advise, and probably demonstrate for you.

3 things: - black / dark grey kohl pencil, Vaseline, dark grey/ silvery grey eyeshadow. Use the pencil to line the upper lashes. You can line the bottom lashes, but this makes your eyes look smaller. Bash on some eyeshadow, extending it to just above the socket line and just past your eye. Put a tiny bit of Vaseline over this to get a smudged effect. Bear in mind, the Vaseline causes makeup to crease, so you'll need to retouch after a couple of hours.
