Hey guys

I live with a rude tennant. He called me names this morning. I approached him tonite but he did not want to stop. I asked him why he called me a punk. He shouted and did not let me say anything.


What would you advise?

If he's your tenant - evict the sod.

If you're roommates - talk to the landlord, or move on yourself. Life's too short to waste time on idiots.

You have let this slide first time, but next time it happens and it will because he will see how far he can push it, then make a stand for your self if he shouts you shout louder (not making a threat) and tell him no one speaks to you like that if you have a problem let me know otherwise i suggest you keep your comments to yourself in future, do i make myself clear!!!!!!!. Its like the school bully they will see what they can get away with and carry on untill you stand up to them! Good Luck
