10 mins ago I heard a bit of a hoo-ha out my back lane, so I looked out of my window to see a little Westie wandering around (loose, off the lead) having a good old sniff, and a man SCREECHING at it to, "get back here before I hit you". Which escalated to, "If I have to chase you you'll know about it". Way to make a dog want to come back to you. He has been yelling its name ever since, and as far as I know it still hasn't returned. Wonder why?
It's now running around a busy town centre area, yards away from a main road, at lunchtime.
*Sigh* I for one wouldn't blame it if it went and found itself a new home, but I am worried for its safety.

Looked front and back when I walked my woofer too, and still no sign. I will knock on the door today, and see if they got it back. Perhaps I ought to tell them they don't deserve a dog.
