I am trying to get my ban sorted and have received emails from AB Editor & the technical support team.

Here is part of 1 message from AnswerBank Editor..

" I'll forward this to technical how will rectify the problem shorty "

Note the word HOW instead of WHO and then an insult to end by calling me SHORTY!!

And then this morning from the technical team this piece of literary genius..
" It appears that you have been banned and tha's why you cannon log-in. Please contact the Editor to resolve the matter of ban on you account "
THA'S WHY?? CANNON LOG-IN?? THE MATTER OF BAN ON YOU ACCOUNT??
