extracting RAR files

Hi,
I have WINRAR and am trying to extract RAR files from CD ROM to pc. I'm a novice and soooo confused! Can anyone help??

curious. first try dragging and dropping the files to desktop, and use win rar to open them that way, if not try downloading winzip trial, it is possible that they where saved in that format instead.

After I extract them they become NDS files and I can't do anything with them!

Obviously you are using the cd to create back ups of your beloved games ;) anyway.. this link might help you further..
