I prefer a button fly!! and a zipped coat !!

velcro tends to get lots of oose stuck in it. fabrics from clothes etc.

To clean the fluff out of velcro ( esp good for kids shoes ) you put the hooked section to the hooked section of the other shoe and comb it through a few times ... voila!

you are not likely to lose all your buttons but if the zip gets stuck at the bottom!! that is big problem if you go commando like me!!

redcrx, plasters should be peeled off really slowly, well thats what I tell everybody!!! it aids the healing!! hehe!!

If there was someone out there that could combine the strength of a zip type fastening to the easy to undo properties of velcro they'd be onto a winner.
