pregnancy while on pill

if your on the pill but you still manage to get pregnant but dont realise,do your periods continue or should they stop immediatley

i fell pregnant with my son whilst on the pill when i normally stop for my period break i come on 1 to 2 days after
but when i fell pregnant i stopped for my period and it did not come as pregnant
in other words no you shouldn't be still having periods

It would depend on which pill it was. When I was on Dianette it said in the leaflet that if you suspected you were pregnant to stop taking it immediately as it could "feminise a male foetus".
