Rants

There are several topics that contain a number of rants, why can't there be a rants topic where members can get things off their chests, some topics contain material that looks like a chat room. I'm not knocking it, but a rants topic would focus members to start discusions and take the rants away from the purpose of this site and put them where they belong. I could put an example....why do the government introduce 24 hour drinking and then complain about the binge drinkers and the attitude of people in this country that drink to excess. Also why introduce casinoes when so much debt is around, it's too easy to join a site and gamble a credit card away....is it because they are losing tax revenue from smokers who stop smoking, so they encourage gambling to get the lost revenue.

But can you imagine what'd turn up on it in the wee small hours? We'd never get to bed!

That's the point. The use of this site is to get answers to questions, not discuss the problems of someones cat.

I'm sorry but I fail to see why problems relating to a cat are any less important than say one about casinos?
