Hi Sasha - well done on taking up jogging - it's totally addictive!
I don't think you'd have managed a mile in 7 minutes that's a pretty fast pace to do 7 min miles. When I go on a training run I do just over 9 min miles and when I race I do just under 8 min miles so I would expect you to be running at somewhere between 10 - 12 minute miles.
If you want to know the distance you have run you could always use a website that allows you to map your route (it also helps if you want to map your route before your run). Here's the link:

When you get more confident with your distances if you want to improve your times/distances I recommend you join a running club. They are great fun and you will meet like minded people and you will find your running will improve significantly. I have found since I joined my club a year ago I get PB's in every race I do.
