what is the best way to releive tennis elbow, I take enough pills, so I am after self help also what type of strapping is best

Usually its a Cortisone injection, that normally helps, but you can only have so many, in my case, they chipped a bit of the elbow off.
That was about ten years ago, and i've not had a problem since.

But in your case, is it diagnosed, or you just think thats what it is. pay your doc a visit.
