Is it all right for a girl not to wear a bra?
I really hate that sort of thing.
But I'm wondering if not wearing one will do harm to my health.

I`ve always hated bras to. A lot depends how old are & how big your boobs are. I`ve never been blessed with big boobs, so going without a bra has not done me any harm & I`m in my 50s. BTW, I do wear one when I go out, but off it comes when I get home.

I'm fairly busty so always wear a bra, and find the thought of going braless scary in case the go all saggy when I am old.

However, I do make the most of the fact that they are still pointing in the right direction and will go bra-less if the top I am wearing means a bra doesn't look right (I don't like seeing bra straps unless they are dainty pretty ones, and seeing as my bras look like hammocks that's not usually the case).

As far as health goes, I find that if I wear a supported vest top (without a bra obv) I get awful back ache.

Bras are a fairly recent invention - only a hundred years or so.

We are meant to go braless. But it won't do your figure any good in the long run, unless you are petite.

It certainly won't cause any health problems if you don't unless you are really huge.

Anna i'm with you all the way! Bra's are the most uncomfortable thing ever invented. I only wear one if i had to but it always comes off when i'm home! I don't have much in that department but i don't really worry about it affecting my health in later years.. go natural.

I hate wearing a bra but sports bras are just so comfy so I've taken to buying three a time and I wear them all the time now.
