Downloading Music and Movies

Could you tell me the best FREE site(s) to download Music and Movies.

I currently use Bearshare, Bearflix and Limewire, there ok but not great.

I've tried BitTorrent, but I find it difficult to use, even though if has some good stuff. If anyone has a user guide of such, that will be great.

mininova in conjunction with utorrent is easy to use and much better than limewire, especially for albums and films.
