I desperately need to improve the flexibility of my back in a short space of time, it doesn't need to be improved long term, just temporarily so I can do this one move I currently can't do for a show. Anyone know of any good exercises which will help. Please leave your advice and tips.......I NEED YOUR HELP!!
I would have thought you should exercise (no pun intended) a great deal of caution with your back and talk to a pro. Any exercise you do for this purpose should surely be taught under careful supervision. I would suggest yoga.
There is no short term cure, why would you put a 'move' into a routine if you can't do it? I'm pretty sure your dance teacher wouldn't put it in if you can't do it, and if you took dancing seriously then you would know that there are no short cuts and that you ought to just work hard, because you will damage your back seriously for the long term if you carry on like this.
