Can anybody help me with the above please. i have just bought a C5 estate, and i im informed via the manual that the rear (tailgate) window, opens independantly of the door. the manual says, to operate the catch to open it, just turn, but it doesnt appear to open.
i am just a bit weary of trying to turn it too much and breaking something
any ideas please?
p.s there appears to be a button under the wiper assembly with two switches on it, but again i cant seem to get it to work
Listen very carefully. ITS A CITREON C5!! they were never designed to work!! It was designed as a corrugated pram originally until some woman turned it upside whilst cornering at jogging pace, then along came a 12 year old skateboarder and wedged his skateboard on the underside, stuck a sticker in the window saying "Nuclear power No Thanks" and another saying "Save The Penguin" and you got a Citroen C5. Dont expect it to work, just be happy when it rolls down hills at breakneck speeds of up to 35 MPH with a tail wind.
Re RATTER15, I must have an odd C5, I have covered 50+ of its 80+ thousand miles and found it reliable, ultra comfy, economical, large and an excellent tow car. Where am I going wrong, sorry I cant help Kid but it is not an estate.
