im not a member, but im sure theres counterfeit items going around that need reporting
is there anyway please, before some poor beggar gets conned?

they say i need to actually report the item, which ive tried doing but asks me to log in, but i cant, i dont have anything to log in with.

maybe someone with an account could report it on my behalf, the representative said its the only way to let the right department to know about it

just emailed them and asked if it's a nokia n96. soon see if they are flogging copies / counterfeits.

hehe, seems like the chinsese cretins seem to get back up after an earthquake and listed even more fake N96's, this one is fake too, in the pictures, the 'Nokia' font doesn't even look the same.

hahaha, this is beyond a joke, thought i would search 'worldwide' and i now have 39 listings including shop inventory, the majority of them being described as Chinese and coming from other parts of the world, all of which are definitely fake.
they're going for some high prices and look at all those bids!
absolutley bloody unbelievable, ebay should do something about this and quick!

You really CANNOT protect people against themselves. This item is so obvious a piece of rubbish that no sensible person would give it a second look. Dispite all your good efforts to warn people, they will still buy things like this so just give up now and do not get involved - it isn`t worth it.

I get several e-mails every day promising a share of Millions of Pounds just for a little help. I know this is a con, everyone should know this is a con, BUT people still lose thousands. Enough said.

also i've questioned him on who's expected to bid? ebay will prob take that off tho'.

was looking at some of the other listings, and this is what was said on the description:
'This phone is Made in China, and does not have GPS or Wifi. capability.'
hahaha, when i read this, i nearly tiddled myself, because the real one does, Nokia even says it does.
