My HP laptop is making a beeping sound and the keyboard doesnt work. It has only just started doing this., Please help!

Is it bboting up okay? Does the screen look as you would expect?

Are any of the keys stuck down or jabbed with crumbs underneath?

Try switching it off and back on again. No better? Switch off, and press each key - if one or two feel odd, try turning the laptop upside down. If you have a can of compressed air, give the keyboard a blow.

You can carefully ping a key off if necessary - fiddly to get back on, but sometimes this has to be done,
