in tenerife its 25.20 pounds .

at marks n spencers today its 25.56 pounds as the exchange rate is higher here

ex.com dont give you cash theyre only for transfering large amounts to a bank account .so not as useful as they first seem.
check m&s online as they actually give the cash out

people get misled by the xe calculator you can calculate on m&s site and they actually pay that to you no commission etc .and a wide range of stores for collecting it too.
