puddicat AKA heatherweather!
OK, here goes - I can't stand fish and chip shop fish and chips!

Don't like the chips - too greasy, and as for the fish, I have never been able to understand why anybody would want to spoil a nice piece of fish by covering it in batter and deep frying it.

How do you know that?
you don't want to share mine then flip? now i'm not the biggest fan of fish shop chips but i love a decent piece of fish cooked in a beer batter, eaten sitting on the sea wall in clevedon - that would be heaven for me

jack u said it wasnt hot and it regrows itself when picked, fed up of growing coriander and not using it in time before it went to seed, for me will use it in my curries and spiced onions and maybe try bhajies and even on top of my naan bread love the stuff, and there again in salads perhaps!!!!
Question Author
you can freeze coriander either by washing and freezing it as it is (with the ends cut off) or washing, chopping & keeping in a plastic bag/container.
Ready to use whenever you need it
