Not really a clue but the last three you are asking help with have possible mistakes with dates.
For no80 he was in the professionals and he shares his first name with the prime minister.

Just checked and bill wyman didn't have a hit in 1983.

1981 - je suis un rock star
1982 - a new fashion

and that's all.

I too thought Gordon jackson but he died in 1990 so still stuck on that.
Postdog - I can only find the same as you for Bill Wyman - am thinking maybe a typo on the question form??
madabout - again i'm with you - possible errors with the dates.
