I have just had a problem with aol too, after 4 years with them i canceled my current contract as i was reducing out goings in the home at the time, 4 months later i took up another contract with aol and when i got my 1st bill they tried charging me for the months when i had canceled this was a nightmare to solve after lots of calls i was given a address in bristol

po box 2401

i kept calling and finally after all this time my bill was squashed i asked for phone records from them also as their calls should be logged although they told me i hadn't made calls i said i had phone records to there number to prove i had write everyones name down you speak to but ask them for correct spelling as most of them a funny names, don't give up.
All the best.
