Do You Have a Wine Cellar!

Do you have a wine cellar and if so what would you stock in it, or would it last long enough before you "dip" in! I would collect all the half price offers etc! Good offers in Tesco at the moment thats if you are there at the right time!

most Tesco wines are not for cellaring but there is nothing wrong with stocking them up for the short term, we have a 96 bottle rtack for the reds and a 36 bottle wine fridge for the whites, good health!

I know people who do, Mary........you have to know a bit about wine though. Most of those sort of offers are for wines to drink now...........they wouldn't benefit from keeping...........anyway,,,no chance of that in my house....

We have tried our best at our house to appreciate wine like Os Clark and Jilly.We serve it at the correct temp we allow it to chambre, then swill it round in the glass.

We take a drink and swill it round so all our taste buds benefit then we swallow it. And after repeating this several times we become squiffy.

We have tried 4 pound a bottle stuff and 8 pound a bottle stuff and there doesnt seem to be that much difference.

The question is are we Philistines or is a lot of bull spoken about wine?

Spitting it out isnt the answer,just think of the mess
