I know Saturday night TV is pretty dire now but think back to those flippin Val days.....the Black and White Minstrels and Seaside Special.    Were we insane or what?

I can't believe I just did that. I actually just clicked on gramer's link and spent 30 seconds of my life visiting Val Doonican's website.

I also clicked on the website and for one glorious moment I was back in the 60's ( was life really black and white and cold) but I seem to remember  enjoying myself.  Good old Val, and The London Palladium.  Life was sweet and simple.

Oh I used to enjoy Val Doonican,The Palladium,B+W Minstrels etc.  There's too much sex and violence on tele now!
