Whistle blower.....

So an ex Haringay social services worker, had informed ministers that the Haringay social services where "Out of control" and that children where in danger. So dispite the usual apologists rantings is it now clear that the social services are as I mentioned previously a usless shower of idiots? Are ministers now also culpable? How many more kids on their books are in danger? Should we parachute some sort of local authority "special forces" into this den of incompetence before any more kids are tortured and murdered by lowlives?

one thing is for sure..in a couple of months this little chaps life will be forgotten about by most people.. there will be nothing done by anyone to improve the welfare of other endangered children.. nobody in authority will take any notice of any other whistle blowers..yes politicians will call for change.. people will call for social workers heads to roll.. the media will tell us all what needs to be done... but what will be done???? nothing.. not a dam thing.. not until this country gets a proper LEADER someone who does what they say they will do.. someone with back bone who's not afraid to stand up for the rights of all of the people in the UK including helpless little children.. some one that does the right thing ..even if its not popular with the voters.. until that person comes along i'm afraid we will keep getting baby Ps.. god rest his soul....

further to my previous posting.. i'm not allied to any political party.. i could'nt care if the LEADER is red blue pink or green .. i dont care if the LEADER is male femail black white ..or green.. ALL this country needs is GOOD OLD FASHIONED LEADERSHIP.. IF Gordon brown was to turn around and say these 3 people who caused baby Ps death are to be shot at dawn I WOULD VOTE FOR HIM EVERY TIME THERES AN ELECTION..what will he do...nothing

Monkey, you keep mentioning the wage packet. How much exactly do you think they get paid?

They get paid exactly what they have agreed with their employer.........in exchange for providing the services the employer requires.

I trust you are safe and comfy in your job which doesn�t carry disastrous ramifications should you make an error of judgement, but many people do have to make life and death decisions.
And they should do so diligently and with a duty of care.........

I think it is unfair and downright rude of you to judge them when you have no experience of doing such a role yourself.

That is not what I said.
I don't care how much they earn (which probably isnt that much!) They will still make mistakes!
The same mistakes they were making years ago.........you would have rather hoped that they would have learned from those. After all, we, the public were assured that the lessons would be learned after Victoria Climbie.
They're just misfortunate in that their jobs will be more scrutinised than everyone else when things go wrong!
Could you oblige me by naming who died by violence as a direct result of the last mistake YOU made?

I would like to point out my take on the wages argument.

1. They took the job for the wage they knew they would get so it doesn't matter if they get 50p, �50 or �500 they do what they do for what they get.

2.Would doubling their pay make them work any better? Would doubling their pay make them more conscientious?
I think the answer SHOULD be no. They should do the job properly in the first place.

What is needed is more social workers to help with the burgening case load that this ****** country if generating.

To say the social workers were duped is an insult to every not stupid person. They are trained to 'see through' deception of this type. If they couldn't see what was in front of their eyes they don't deserve to be paid.
