does anyone on here eat their '5 a day' fruit and veg. I like to think i have a healthy diet but i've been trying to eat the RDA of fruit and veg for the past week and its near impossible!
yes, it's just 5 portions of fruit/veg, not 5 portions of each. and a good mix of different colours too, not just all green veg, or 5 oranges or 5 bananas. and the natural sugars in some fruit and veg are far, far better for you than just 'sugar' as they're combined with the goodness of the fibre and vitamins in the fruit/veg and don't give you the sugar rush that you get from refined sugar.
