Police firing tazers on the news leads me to ask do they fold up and push back in the length of wire after firing, or is the gun then scrap???

I was led to believe that the wires are disposable and can be replaced with new ones after use...............I could be wrong though.

It says on wikipedia that the device contains a cartridge with electrodes and propellant for one use,the cartridge is replaced after each use.

given that the needles pierce the skin .... and the american link it makes sense .... after all ... you wouldn't want to harm someone would you?

I suppose also ... if you got a taste for it ... you might want to "do" more than one in a session

I wonder if you got two "perps" to stand together do you think you could do a double?

take 1 flashgun
remove light tube
replace with two darning needles or bodkins
(you can use a short length of brush handle and some thick wire)
hey presto! - agony on a stick

alternatively ... those electric fly swatters will give a decent nip!
