It is healthy to cry sometimes . Also, healthy to laugh as often as one can( find the humour in everything especially during challenging moments) . Both are necessary releases to stresses + to freedom+ healing. Both sexes need to cry + laugh more freely. It does not make you stronger or a better person for crying less than the average male or female either. Everything in life is about balance. Achieving balance makes you a balanced/at harmony/at peace, more perceptive individual. Laughter is the best medicine alongside love( all kinds of love including friendships) too. Both sexes need to value the art of tears as well as the art of laughter. More valuable to talk about what connects us rather than what seperates us, methinks too. Important for a female to become in touch with her masculine side( lateral thinking, philosophy+ other dynamic male traits....) as it is important for males to become in touch with their femiine sides ( nurturing, empathy + other dynamic female traits....). We are all special, not a mere man or a mere woman or a mere human being- we are all wonderfully unique :-) Ciao, Bea :-)
