chicken kebabs wanted.

Last time i made them I had a jar of knorr smoky barbecue stuff. It was really nice but i can't find the same one anywhere.
It can't be difficult making it myself though. I'm thinking soy, garlic, honey etc, but not sure of what would give the smoky flavour.
thanks x

A simple marinade is garlic, Worcester sauce, tomato ketchup and a spoon of honey, it gives a lovely sweet and tangy flavour.

hey thanks for that link, i had just found out about liquid smoke through googling! Do you use it in your marinades?

have you used that particular site, mrs-pegasus? It seems unusual that you have to put your phone number in.
This is what you want...

i have the sweet paprika - i actually use it quite a lot. it's one of my favourite ingredients!
I had forgotten all about it though. Thanks for that, pastafreak x

daffuzzbuzz13: why jeeezuz?
I think i tasted that pimenton seasoning once, marinaded all my chicken pieces, cooked it and it left everything with a superstrong overpowering taste. Maybe i just used too much! Ive made a marinade similiar to catladys which gives everything that tasty spare rib flavour!
You only need a small amount fuzzy....add more then if you think it is needed.
Yeah i had to learn that the hard way!
