Most areas will have a auctioneer's firm which is used by receivers and bailiffs to sell the contents (including fittings) of bankrupt shops. (Look in Yellow Pages, under 'Auctioneers & Valuers' and phone around any likely-looking firms).

Larger branches of W H Smith stock magazines for retail & market traders, where you might find suitable advertisements. (Also try 'Exchange & Mart').
