just ound out that a friend of mine has been fined �200 for using her mobile while driving, i thought it was a �60 fine??

periga, if you get a police car alongside you, or following you and they see you constantly looking down in your lap (whilst texting) I hardly think that they believe you are playing with yourself! They know what you are doing, and I hope one day you DO get caught.
You break the law, you pay for it.

it just means i've got to try and keep an eye on the road, an eye on my phone and an eye out for the police. come on evolution catch up and give us 3 eyes!!!

In answer to perigra last comment, I don't think Darwin's followers would agree that evolution would progress to 3 eyes. In the same vain, if you did not use the phone whilst driving you would not have to keep an eye out for the police therefore you would end up with just the one eye for the road and become a cyclops.
