I am getting married in 4 weeks time. I am 5ft 5 and weigh 10 stone. I am a size 12, not fat and not thin but could do with toning up. I dont get loads of time but have a stepper at home and do that sporadically. What can I do to tone up quickly. Im not great at dieting. Have tried but not doing terribly well!
Also any reasonably sexy underwear to wear under the dress that will also help to give me a smooth line. My tummy is my worst area. I had an op six months ago so its a bit saggy.

Hi Worried Mum

In answer to your sexy underwear part of the question, I wore a lovely sexy corset under my wedding dress. I had a bit of a saggy belly still from my pregnancy the year before and it kept it all in quite nicely, and I could still breath! I got it from the same shop as I got my wedding dress.

All the very best for your big day, enjoy every second of it :o)

umm, to tone up your stomach abit, sit ups are the best thing if you do 50 a night it should start to feel less flabby. Also stay on a balanced diet and dont eat anythink that could bloat your stomach , if you eat small portioned meals regularly instead of 3 big portioned meals a day then it will be easier for you to digest. I find taking up a sport such as tennis will keep you chalenged so you wont get bored of excersing, also if you just stay busy and dont sit down to much it will burn calories.

hiya, heres a few tips for you:

Try eating a natural biolive yoghurt every morning. Its really good for digestion and helps control gasses in your stomach, reducing the appearance and feeling of being bloated.

i have heard that for some people cutting out bread and pasta can help with weight loss, this is because our bodys find it hard to digest.

i also agree with flower90 about the small regular meals thing. try 5 meals a day, breakfast, midmorning snack, lunch, afternoon snack and dinner, healthy snacks could be seeds, vegetable sticks, rice cakes or peanut butter on toast (not very exciting i know!). Also try making breakfast your biggest meal of the day, and dinner the smallest - think about all that food sitting in your stomach and not being burned off when your lying in bed at night after a large meal!

as for exercise the body doctor looks like he's highly recommended, i've just bought his book off of amazon buti've only just started his programme so i can't advise if it really works at the mo! its basically lots of cruches and weights & a bit of cardio, but you will need to buy some equiptment if you're going to do it at home (a swiss ball and some weights) his website is:www.bodydoctor.com

and thats it! (phew!) hope you succeed and all the best for you special day!

Can't help with any slimming tips I am afraid but I was just wondering how things are going with your son and step father to very shortly be are going now?

Good luck with the wedding, have a great day x
