Hi, topten,
In case you are puzzled by the rude tone of the previous response, when writing online in upper case letters it is considered to be the equivalent of shouting. One should write in lower case unless there is a word one really needs to emphasise and even then some people choose to use asterisks either side of the word to represent emphasis. I hope this helps.
