For those who answered my question yesterday, I have been baking and cooking today. So far today we have a lemon drizzle cake, chocolate brownies, a caramelised onion tart and a roast chicken dinner. Increased waist line coming right up....

Well there's a warning sign right away....be careful you dont transfer 'the madness' of the workplace to homelife whilst you are off these two weeks....you should try and spend at least some time each day doing 'nothing'. Just wondering if you are keeping busy so that you dont have time to think about other things. You dont need to specify an answer - just something to think about!! :-)
What are your plans for tomorrow then?

Im in Cheshire.
Silkcut - I know what youre saying - I have spent some time on here, sent a few emails to friends, watched daytime tv (so mindless!).
Tomorrow, Im not doing much - Ive already planned meals for the next week so tomorrow is time for Greek stifado, which can simmer away for hours, and Ive found a book to read, its called 5 People you meet in heaven.
I know whats stressed me out, its work. I dont like my job anymore. To add to it, Ive got some issues going on with the manager. I think taking time out will help me calm down.

Here is another website you might find of interest - my only association with it is that i did this women's course a few years ago and it helped me figure out exactly what i wanted to do with my life - as i needed a change....it started a process that i am still implementing....and things have changed for the better...there is bound to be a trainer near you if you are interested.

In any case - even if you are not interested in it...work wise - go with your gut feelings and whereever your heart guides you... you obviously know when it is right (and wrong) for you!! :-)
