19 Answers
it appears i have been fined for parking my car in a private residents car park (even though i was visiting a resident)
this only came to my knowledge weeks later on reciept of a letter form the company demanding payment of the fine
there was NO parking ticket fine on my car window?!!
do i have grounds to appeal?

Ok so pixiebelle was there on legitimate visiting and the residents are not aware that their landlord is spying on them and then making mega money charging their visitors? Sounds a right scam to me. Would they also charge a doctor or a nurse for a home visit to one of their residents? Why would they pay the DVLA to find out who every car belongs to because they will know there are some charges they would be wasting their time persueing. Pixiebelle give me the phone number off that letter and I''ll ring them up and ask them how they decide who they charge and who they don't.
