Professor Layton & Pandora's Box

I am on Puzzle 125, the mushroom one. I have traced several ways through, but came out wrong, so in desperation I looked on the walkthrough site and discovered that there route was the same as mine. I am now stuck as unless you solve this one you can't get any nearer to the castle. Can anyone help please?

Go right,up,straigu up again ,first left back to the one above the start, diagonal up left then diag down left, up to the right, up to the right again, down to the right, up, up again, left, left again, up, right, down, right, right, and then up.
