if you are being kept waiting about a decision and left in limbo and are feeling stressed because of the waiting, how would you express this in formal words, do think victimisation would be strong but also it could make you ill, breakdown etc.?

thanks, position is, can work, been told to work from home though it could affect performance while im at home im sure! also not been told what other people have been told re your absence, just you are working from home. the person who has made allegations even emailed wed afternoon re work and it was responded to.surely you should have no contact whatsoever if you have been sent home and other person back at work after monday, ie one day!
Avoid emotive words like victimisation, harrasment etc. Opt for something basic like drawn out, prolonged etc.
If you have been accused of something under employment law you have a right to know the full details at the earliest possible time, especially if they have already instructed you to work fom home.
They must give you full details of all allegations against and any evidence they intend to present to you 7 days prior to any discussion taking place in order for you to prepare a proper response.
You may find reminding them of the above basic employment law may just help them get their bums in gear.
