A lot is going on behind the scenes with Gillette and Hicks considering selling the Club. If Gillette sells his Stake to this Saudi Prince, then he may well send Benitez on his way. If that happens Jumbuck then I'd go for Jose Mourinho to take over. The trouble with Benitez at the moment is that he is Tactically too cautious for my liking.
redman41 - most people at any club would be happy if the Special One was going to be their new manager but is there any indication that he's unhappy at Inter (or they're thinking of replacing him)?
And it's well past the time for all that behind-the-scenes nonsense to be ended, which is only likely if one or both Yanks leave.

We need one good Owner with deep pockets who is willing to invest in the Club. It will be a wrench to leave Anfield but a New Stadium is paramount in order to accomodate approx 60,000 Fans who are on the waiting list for Season Tickets. The whole Club is destabilised at present with the behind the scenes activities of the current owners and that riles all Liverpool Fans more than anything else at present.
