as we are snowed in , one of my neighbours is elderly
so knocked on the door , she is not well , so she wanted
some milk , the only shop that had any was Iceland , I wanted
to buy 4 pints but there was a notice only one per customer
but the guy next to me bought 4 pints of skimmed ....and I could
only have 2 pints of whole milk ...it just seemed unfair ...

Good on you theonlyone.
I walked past my elderly neighbours drive two days running & noticed there weren't any footprints on their path. I knocked to ask if they needed anything from the shops - it only took a couple of seconds to ask & even though they didn't need anything then, it made me feel better for asking.
P.S. I agree with you Dris - it makes me so mad to see people with trollies piled high at Christams/Easter, etc., it's pure greed - I mean what did folk do in the war/s? Ration themselves, like everyone else!! ;o?
