Is David Cameron on the ball over this, or should the onus be on the lack of correct parenting, in some cases?

Do some mothers try and turn their young daughters into "Barbie Doll" versions of themselves?

I rather like Lily Allen, but I think he is correct in banning his daughter from listening to her, judging by some of the lyrics of her songs.

I do think he is right, but I think it will be impossible to do.

For the record, I would ban my elderly Grandfather from listening to Lily Allen.

You are just a "kill joy".
This is really rather strange

It brings to mind Lilly Allen's song 'the Fear'

But that's a very ironic swipe at exactly the sort of thing he's complaining about!
I would ban Lily Alan full stop! The girl is absolute rubbish and has an attitude problem.

Onto the actual question.... I do agree there should be less targeted advertising at youngsters and I would like to see stronger regulations in this area. Yes, some mothers do try and turn their children into Barbie dolls, you only have to see the recent photo of Katie Price's daughter to know this.
