I'm hopefully going to a music festival in a couple of weeks and would like to be able to wear a bikini top!
Is there any way I can tone up/drop a few pounds in this time? I'm not big or anything, but would just like to feel a bit more confident about my stomach.
Ideally I would go to the gym, but I can't really afford it unfortunately! So any suggestions on what exercises would be best would be greatly appreciated!
I'm also going to try cut out carbs etc as much as possible in the next couple of weeks, and drink plenty of water.
get a mini trampoline, you can get one from argos for £20. They tone everything up, mainly bums, tums and legs, it really improves your fitness levels and it;s really fun too. I used one for ten minutes a day for a week and saw results, but then i had to stop as i've got a week back and it started playing up. Or if you wanna do something for free just do some dancing
