Whats Your Favourite Cheese?

A good strong mature cheddar cheese for me but also partial to a chunk of Stilton.

Deep fried brie with cranberry sauce and i adore squeeky cheese (halloumi) if eaten with pineapple.

Morrisons/Tesco do a fab mature cheddar called 'tickler' (obvioulsy had to buy it for the name!) and its a corker!!!

I find cheese generally boring but yes that Tickler is really good.
