Anyone watching Rupert Penry Jones on this in India? He's using Familysearch.org to find a woman who married his ancestor. The record he's looking at though says she died aged 4, but they're ignoring it!
I saw the record, it was from the IGI, he mentioned no surname for the mother, on the IGI they are using the baptisms which of course name the parents as John and Susanna smith so the maiden name is not tere to index!!! DOH
Where did it say she died aged 4 I didn't notice it,
Baptism 21 March 1832, Death 1835, both in Nagpore India. The submission is from Queensland.
I'm v sad when I watch this, I like to try and beat them to results! Same with Heir Hunters if get to see that, I need to get a life!
I think it probably means that the guy in Queensland's research is dodgy, she certainly lived into adulthood, she looked like, as my OH says, she could "kick start a Hurricane".
caroline in 1834
sarah in 1836
catherine in 1837 who died in sydney in 1915
Elizabeth 05 SEP 1835 Nagpore, , Tamil Nadu, India Death: 1837 Cuddalore, Tamil Nadu, India
there's a tree on ancestry.co.uk for the family and they defo have louisa dying aged 4, it's the family descended from the daughter catherine. They're all in Australia by the look of it and so they may well not know their family has been hijacked
