How do they know where I live?

Just searched the web with Google to find an 'Ouboard Engine Service Manual', found the very thing on 'Extratorrent.com' but also a popup appeared of a young lady offering personal services in the town where I live, how could they possibly know that?

They could know your approximate location from your IP Address.
