sinus problems

I am having lots of problems with my sinus's at the minute feel constantly blocked up and have a head ache, anyone got any suggestions to help ease the problem

Have you seen your doctor? Worth a visit - OH had a narrowed duct and since that was dealt with he's been fine. Otherwise - as a long-standing sufferer myself - I recommend a good nasal spray (which your pharmacist at the chemist can recommend), steam your face with menthol from time to time, or I used Tiger Balm on the outside of my face. Smells bad, stings, but for me it does the trick.

May not be your sinuses at all, the information given is very sketchy.
Use a Sinex nasal spray for about a week and if there is no improvement then see you Dr with a view to seeing an ENT specialist.
