Burning toes

I am a keen runner but have developed painful burning in my toes after a few miles, any ideas on how to prevent this?

Could be cramp - try keeping you potassium levels high and eating something like banaas before running.

Alternatively it could be early signs of arthritis - could be worth asking your GP.
